Your responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications and provide consultations
• Advise on drug interactions, dosage, and side effects
• Recommend OTC medications for common health concerns
• Educate patients on the use of medical devices
• Keep accurate pharmacy records and manage stock
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and pharmacy teams
• Participate in patient health education initiatives

Working hours:

• 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 30-minute break)
• Some Saturday work may occur, compensated with a free weekday

• Sweden: Charming small towns in the south (2,000 – 5,000 inhabitants)
• Norway: Various cities (not Oslo) – details shared during interview

Salary

• 3 435 – 4 652 EUR/mesiac
• Exact salary will depend on years of work experience
• Sweden 450 000 SEK per year/brutto
• Norway 650 000 NOK per year/brutto

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy (Master’s or PharmDr.)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Sweden: Open for fresh graduates
• Norway: Minimum of 6 months experience or 6-month internship in a pharmacy during studies
• Willingness to learn the local language (Swedish C1 / Norwegian B2)
• Commitment to stay at least 1.5 years (Norway) or 2 years (Sweden)

Cost of accommodation

In Norway, average monthly accommodation costs are around €800.
In Sweden, the cost is slightly lower, averaging between €500 and €600 per month.

Although candidates are responsible for finding their own housing, both the employer and our team provide support during the process. We offer useful links, advice, and guidance on where and how to search for accommodation.

One of the most effective ways to find a place is through local Facebook groups. To help with the rental process, the employer also provides a job offer certificate, which can make it easier to secure a lease.
